Central Pennsylvania Soaring Association (CPSA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that promotes the art and science of motorless flight through education, training, and community engagement. Operating from Mid State Airport (KPSB), we foster safe gliding practices, provide instruction, and maintain facilities that enable pilots of all levels to experience the joy of soaring. Our nonprofit organization preserves and advances the tradition of glider flight in Central Pennsylvania through sustainable operations and public outreach.
